Another pet peeve and annoyance with Windows I have is on several occasions, when you rightmouse click, you are only given the option to save an unnamed bmp image. The original jpg image cannot be saved in its original form

Wonder if there's a tool that can circumvent this annoyance

clear cache, restart IE
