Flash foot plate broken, can replace?

My Sigma flash foot plate is broken, anyone know if it can be replaced? Called them up and the lady jsut ask me to bring it down for the technician to check. What if it is not replaceable?

Anyone has any idea?

Think should be able to get it repair, hotshoe broken are very commonly seen.

if they can't fix it for your, you may find a hotshoe adepter like this, picture b, and use epoxy glue to glue it, then you can attach it to light stand. of course, no more TTL liao.

should not be a problem...I broke mine (its KM thou) and got it replaced before...think Sigma should have the spares...

Just called and quoted $65 to change the entire hotshoe... Don't know if I should repair it...

the hotshoe are so easily broken, so the shoe of SB80 and SB800 are metal. :thumbsup:

the hotshoe adapter is something i've been looking for a long time... it connects to the PC sync cord right? any idea how much it cost?
