Define "bomb" for you, vulgo: budget.
You can get a manual FE lens like Zenit 16mm f/2.8 for less than $400. But that's a full frame lens and the fish-eye effect will be limited on a crop-sensor camera. AFAIK, the Tokina fish-eye is made for crop-sensor (if I'm wrong please correct me). Further details in the Price Guide section.

Well, for optics, you pay for what you get.

The optics from the Tokina 10-17mm Fisheye is superb, For APSC , this will be the best FE I felt.

However, having moved on to a FF, I ditched the Tokina  for the Zenitar. Optics cannot be compared to the Tokina but for its price, I have no complains.

Forget about those cheap add on FE , one will be better off using a P & S with FE effects.

read my lips.......Don't waste your money.

if you want a lomo effect, get a Holga. it is cheaper than the so call fish eye adapter.
