First Macro Series for 2006

First series for 2006. I have not shot macros for nearly 3 mths. Great to be back shooting and getting myself all dirty again to get the best possible shot. ;p

I am using D70+Tamron 90mm+SB600.

Am using D70+Tamron 90mm+SB800 too, do mind to share the settings.
We are planing to have some macro shoots this weekend at AH.

Would you recomend to have extention tube or close-up filter?

Not taling the credit away from you, it shows 3rd party lens are also capable of getting good pic. Cheers

Tamron 90mm should be good enough. I think it is not necesary to have add-ons unlike u r going for larger magnification. I think you might need to compromise on the quality if u r using filter.
