fireworks

hi,just wanna share with people u guys here, there's 2 places for fireworks.
1. harbour front
2. esplanade.

and can anyone tell me what types of setting should i use for taking fireworks
i 'm using D50, Nikon + 70-300mm + 18-55mm.

i only know it should use TV with shutter set to "bulb".
any suggestion on the Aperture or focus?

f8-11, timer mode for as long as you want, but not too long. Try to focus on some buildings at the background which you are including in your photo

This question has been asked plenty of times, theres even an article on ClupSNAP about it. Since you're taking a very very bright light source, use f/8 and above.
