It has been changing. Last week nearly 8.45pm, just now more like 8.10pm. The trick to look out for: after 8pm, once the stadium's dome lights up as the Singapore flag, FIRER WATCH YOUR FRONT!

Those who wants to drive to Tanjong Rhu Place, please beware. I was there yesterday evening around 8 pm, set up tripod, mount camera, getting ready and out of the blue, at least 3 to 4 TP bikes came along and chased the cars away. Unsure of the reason.

Cars were parked along the road, which was similar to the week before during NDP CR2. No TP to chase people off that time.
