Filter ring stuck on the lens

Hi, I have the Nisi Filter ring stuck on the wide angle lens due to a drop. It saved my lens but until now I cannot remove it from the lens also it is still usable. Any advice on how to remove it or can refer to anyone who can provide service to remove this ring? Thanks for all the help..
