Filter recommendation for Canon 10-22mm lens

Hi, for wide angle lens, is there anything we need to take note when getting the filter? As in silm and polarizer fiter.

I saw a link from amazon, is MRC and multi-coat referring to the same thing and do we need to get wide angle silm filter for wide angle lens?
