Filter holder for digital camera without filter thread

Hi,

My digi cam does not come with a filter thread. I remember seeing a filter holder that is screwed onto the tripod mount thread which extends out to the lens and hold the filter. Anyone knows where i can get one? or is there other alternative?

Got any for Casio QV3000 ? am looking for underwater casing too ... but very difficult to find such things for my Casio DC
