Filter effects

Does anyone know how to achieve effects via PhotoShop or PSP.

- sunset
- yellow,green,orange,red enhancing
- 81ABC
- FL-W,FL-DAY

Or you can point me to some website that explains how to. Thinking of creating scripts or something so with a press of a button I can achieve the above effects.
