film leader is not out on new roll of film

Does it happen to you at all? i bought a 3pack ilford HP5 and one of my rolls have no film leader out. I was going to snap of something outside and this happens, sigh.......

it never happens in my entire life before, i was carrying a compact so i never want to bring any more than its case when i'm out. :dunno:
