Film Grain

what would be a good method to achieve film grain effect on digital pictures? the effect in cs3 is abit over the top for me. would using high iso to shoot be more ideal or is there another way? i plan to do b&w so the artifacts won't matter right?

add noise hand control the value and holdness then saturation ah=nd hue is useless cos of the b&w
or use fujifilm s5 pro where u can mimick the film grain
