Hi everyone.

I know I got a recent thread on film type for Portraiture shots.

Now i need some advice on suitable negative film for outdoor wedding shots, around ROM area.

Have a few choice in mind,

* KODAK PROFESSIONAL PORTRA Film 400VC
* Fujifilm Portrait 400 NPH

Shots usually are outdoor and in the morning.

Can someone advise me on film type for vivid pictures? :)

Personal favorites will be:-
(a) Fuji Reala 100 rated at ISO85
(b) Kodak Porta 160VC rated at ISO100

Around ROM, say at the wall and inside the command centre, maybe you'll like to try black/white film? Personal favorites are:-
(a) Kodak TCN400 rated at at ISO320
(b) Kodak Tmax100 rated at ISO85

AS much as possible, prehaps try not to use fast film, if the lighting conditions allows it.

For me, for anything indoors (e.g. inside the ROM, inside restaurant etc), I use Press 800. Gives me good colours, fine grain, and less dependency on flash, giving me a very good balance between flash and ambient lighting.

For outdoors, NPH 400. One of the best films for portraiture. Low contrast, nice skin tones, and good overall colour as well.
