Ferry timings to Puala Ubin

Would appreciate if someone can advise me on the timings for ferry to Puala Ubin and the place to take it.

Changi Village jetty.
The ferry leaves whenever there's 12 people, not more, not less. Extras will have to wait.

and pls dun go when there is a forecast of low tide.. usually noon to 1 plus pm... u might get stuck in the sand bay and sometimes the uncles dun wanna drive out to sea.. coz of the potential of screwing up their propellers... i got stuck once... and waited 1/2 hr to wait out the low tide

Thanks for the advise, been there in the morning & out of there by lunch time. Did a lot of walking, but didn't shoot much though.
