Fashion Testshoots

Hi, i am a Makeup Artist (trained in London and Singapore) looking to collaborate with Photographers to produce fashion testshoots in Singapore to expand portfolios. Does anyone know how i can go about this, or is there anyone interested in working with me?
I live in London but will be in Singapore for December and would like to use some outdoor locations. Also, any info on model contacts would be useful too.
