Don't think our ezlink system is based on RFID. We should be quite safe.

its based on contactless smart cards...which contains a RFID microchip embedded within it..if u ever peel apart the layers of laminate on your ezlink card..u'll eventually expose the chip..

free bus rides then? :bsmilie:

just had a quick glance/read thru the document..

the system in US uses the Philips Mifare system..if i'm not wrong, our ezlink cards are based on the sony felicia system..

technically speaking..there's isn't MUCH different..it IS possible..but u need to know what u're looking at..the program is actually written in C++...so i guess it is quite easy if u know what you're doing..

that aside..my team actually TRIED to crack that while we were working with ezlink on another project..but we just couldn't find the correct address..
