We have anger sometimes, we have hatred sometimes, we have greed sometimes.
In some occassion, one would take revenge out of anger, hatred and greed.
This is how crime arise in society, and law and order (like the Jedi Order) have to be enforce to control and balance the society.
Everyone also have their own form of DarkSide of his own.

But is depends on every individuals how one would control it (the DarkSide), to balance it and shift from hatred to forgiveness, from greed to content, from anger to calm.
