Last time saw some igloo bags for fishing purposes, i think it's used to carry fish bait.
Very thick padding and it's 20cmX15cmX10cm in size. I think it's good to carry a 350D
and a lens, then stuff into backpack. ;)

 Igloo bags? The only things I know of are the tackle boxes and the big plastic igloo boxes which they fill with ice and use to store fish temporarily.

Haha thermal insulated somemore and can double as a ice cream carrier for hot days.
But be careful if you ever dropped it, I am not sure if the paddings will help.
Most real camera bags and insert (like closed cell forms) are build for that purpose but not others. You can however get inserts for the cooler bags and used tham as camera bags.
