Event charges.Need help

Hi all,I was invited for a company event which will last for 6 hrs.I am a freelance wedding photographer and this is 1st time doing long hrs event.How u guys usually charge with and without printing and also will return back all the images in cd .
Hope u guys can share some of ur charges..

charge by per hour. btw $90 to $150.

Hi catchlight,nice to hear from u again and thanks for the reply.BTW this amount include printing or just CD.If printing how many to print,all???:think:

not a lot of event last for 6 hours, so you can quote accordingly, plus minus $90 per hour.
as for giving prints with album, depend what type of events also, roughly is one hour one roll (one hour 36 images), $1~$1.50 per print.

As what LePhotographe had asked. Printing cost, DVDs/CDs, .... those kind of things.

The 90 should be for labour alone, all extra costs such as prints should be priced separately as it will vary with output
