Evening and Night Shooting - 11th July 2003

In view of the many "newbies" that are joining ClubSNAP and starting out on photography, I intending to organise a short and small night shooting.

Date: 11th July 2003, Friday
Time: 530pm to 9pm (Estimated)
Places: City Area - My suggestions: Benjamin Sheares Bridge, Esplanade, Fullerton Hotel, Boat Quay, can include Clarke Quay if time permits.

Will prefer a small group of not more than 5 (excluding me and a couple of "old birds" to guide us along. Pls list your equipment alongside too. I'll presume each of us will bring along at least a camera and tripod.

Updates:

1. Will give priority to really newbies nearer to the date of the shoot, i.e. if by 9th July, some really newbies are interested, priority will be given to them.

2. Maybe a short session on the basic knowledge of night shooting can be done prior to the shoot, in the late afternoon, but conducted by the "old birds" of course. Any one willing to volunteer to conduct a simple, short and informal session on this? Perhaps half an hour to 45 minutes will suffice.

3. Any other places can include in the shoot in that few hours?

Sigh. Would love to go. But July is my busy month - all weekdays are out of the question. Even the thought of SEED is out.

Count me in, please. Um, i'm not a newbie, but would like to go for the trip. If it's too crowded, i'd understand. My weekends are usually full, and i'd really appreciate a friday outing.
