Error Msg for Scan Dual IV

Something seems to be wrong with my SD IV when I tried to use it yesterday. Kept receiving this error msg "Cannot find necessary library". Has anyone encountered this problem before? Pls advise!

remove the softwares then reinstall the software again. Chances are your library is corrupted.

I did that twice. Restarted my pc a few times but still same problem

nope. nothing was mentioned. i checked my scanner connection, everything seems to be intact, can't see what's wrong.
