Err...help pls?

Excuse mi ... pardon me as i need some help here...

Does DSLR ; eg canon 400d allow u to take pics by looking at the lcd and not thru the viewfinder?? or all DSLR gotta look thru viewfinder to take pics>>

generally speaking no, you can't see what you wanna shoot on the LCD screen with a dSLR except for some exceptions which you don't have to know about now. technically the dslr doesn't need to be looked thru the viewfinder to take pics, it's the pressing of the shutter button that does so, provided there's a lens mounted and media card to store the image etc. in other words u can "shoot blind" without having to look thru the vf. most of us do so when we need to have the camera overhead or down low and don't have a ladder or want to prone on the ground.

the other thing i might suggest is that you open another thread, or better still, do a search on this topic before you open the thread as this thread seems to be talking about something else.

Be confident and believe in yourself. Concentrate on doing makeup for now to get yourself established, before venturing into other unfamiliar fields. :)

your make up skills are good. i was wondering, why photography? what really really interests you so much ?

malay saying : jangan buat kerja separuh jalan , or in english, dont do things halfway. you've already established yourself as a MUA, continue. along the way, pick up your skills from different people, maybe try to find someone to let you be the apprentice for a while.

after that , maybe can continue your photography. btw, you dont need/not necessary get a DSLR ..

btw,my dslr was a gift..n y i want to pick up photography..hmmm i guess i was too excited..i've got big dreams..YET to fulfil..wana b an entreprenuer.(is ds correctly spelt?) 1st establish meslf as MUA den PHotographer den jewellery design after which open my own biz..most probably a home biz...heheh...kinda way too far-sighted i guess..:sweatsm:
though my mom kinda against it...:cry: not totally..but still..
