I tried searching but all I get are those on the market section. Anyways, anyone know where I can find Epson V600 or V700 scanners brand new?

Give Epson Singapore a call. There may be some retailers still carrying these obsolete models.

Try amazon. They still have it. I believe there is free shipping to SG if it is sold by amazon export service.

I get my V600 from Challenger. $398, they have V800 which costs $998.
V700 is discontinued now.
