does anyone know if the epson perfection 3200 scans negative film as well? thanks.

jas, if you're reading this, mind telling me if they got the negative holder that can accomodate the film from XPAN?

Of course it does.
With suitable masks, you can scan film of any size up to A4.

I think it scans up to 4x5" film right? The A4 is for reflective materials such as photos and documents.

Neo:Yup you are right. Forgot that the 3200 has a smaller reflective zone compared to the 4870.
