Welcome to Clubsnap! Are you located in Malaysia? Canon Singapore has the EOS Academy as well, but I'm not sure if both versions are the same. My friend attended the free workshop because his car enthusiast group asked for a session... pretty fun he said. Basically it's a short photography seminar where you learn the basics of using a DSLR and composition rules etc... then you get a DSLR to play around and experiment.

@Neo: I'm located in Malaysia Just checked the site, looks like a lot of fun! They even have trips planned out (pretty cool) thanks for the added info
