Don't mind me saying, it looks a bit yellowish.

Yup. the default lighting is yellow. At least this is what my red-green colour-blinded eyes tell me.
Here's what happen when the clock strike the hour, every hour.

I believe the TS is trying to show us that when clock strike at the hour, there are beams of light shining from the top of the Eiffel Tower.lol, a hauntu in paris
It is more to serve as a record to the TS and to share with all of us.
