1st time Bird shot.... :embrass: at the bird park yesterday.

For first pic, maybe next time you could use a higher K. I know it's difficult/lehceh to colour balance with coloured filters, but if you make the fill-in look warmer (use higher K for WB), it would not seem so "flashed".

Eg, in an auditorium lit by tungsten, if you use 3000K, the flash would seem very bluish compared to ok background. If you use say 6.5k, the background would be very warm and the flash ok. Looks more natural that way.

That's just my preference anyway, not sure about yours. :)
