Some people in that thread have mistaken Oly's comment of:

"the E-3 ... series stands for Live View, E-5 ... for standard format FourThirds DSLR, and E-4 ... for super compact and light-weight."

That's supposed to read "E-4(dot dot dot)", not "E-4"...

If you read it as one sentence, it reads "the E-3xx series stands for Live View, E-5xx for standard format FourThirds DSLR, and E-4xx for super compact and light-weight."

So in future any E-4xx body will be a lightweight dSLR, any E-3xx body will be live view, and the E-5xx body will be the bog standard.
