Dust with sticky substance on sensor

Hi, I just bought the eviteo-clear blower from a shop. After I use it on my lens and my dslr sensor, I use LED torch to check for dust, I realise my lens and my sensor and the mirror is covered with dust with sticky oil substance! I have hard time cleaning up the lens. I dun dare to touch my sensor. What should I do now? Gonna go back to the shop and ask for refund and go to sony service centre to clean for me. Will the service centre clear up for me? The inner sensor compartment is fill with the dust and sticky oil substance.

Send it in to the service center to take care of it.

Next time, always check and test a blower before actual use. There could be 'factory gunk' in it or rubber deterioration during transportation/storage.

it's unfortunate. definitely need to send it back to the service centre.

if the gunk and dust came from the blower, you may want to call the distributor of the blower and ask for compensation for the clean up.
