u could try using a blower first. works for me.
be careful not to touch anything inside your camera, esp the sensor n mirror!

there may be a function in your camera that raises the mirror thus allowing u to blow air directly on the sensor.

use vacuum cleaner, turn the thing around and suck.

1st try using a blower, if it doesn't succeed, either send to service centre or get a lenspen sensor clean. Works for me. ;)
