Hello All.

Below is my 'submission' for critique.

ABU_1548_Critique.jpg

1. in what area is critique to be sought?
Composition.

2. what one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
To show the highlights of the the time of dusk. However, thats is my perspective of it.

3. under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)?
10th floor of my HDB block, along the corridor. The sun setting was blocked so this is the best frame I could get.

4. what the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture?
If there is another angle I could reach, the frame might be better (and maybe the composition).

Thank you all for dropping by.

Composition wise, I do not see a real point of interest here. Even the brightest part of the sunset is cut off.

Here is some good reading for composition for landscape photos/paintings.
Photography Composition Articles: Landscape Composition Rules.

Hope it helps. Try again and post here again.

Thanks for the comment and the link. I will post another 'submission' after the time period for this one is up.
