Hi
I'm looking for mannequins of humoniod size and preferbaly one which has eyes colours, skin tone and hair colour unlike the totally white faceless ones we all see on display.

Can anybody share where they can be found at dirt cheap price[i'm being dam frank here]
It'll be even better if anybody is willing to lend a few.
:)
Thanks:)

If not,the typical white ones we all see in departmnt stores will do too!

A TFCD model may be cheaper...

even those shop front kinda mannequins does not look 'human' for obvious reasons.

i think your criteria, most likely can look towards importing from japan. those made of silicon and look like a real human kind.

To think of it,i think the typical mannequins we see on the window display will do...

you can forget about using mannequins, they are expensive, bulky and heavy.
nobody using this to practice photography, if it is practical, you sure able to found someone in the net talking about it.

it will be much easier to find someone pose for you. if you want, bring a notebook and your camera, go lucky plaza on sunday and try, after shooting, straight away bring a cd and give it way, after a few weeks, you need to bring a few assistants to help you.

I think you guys are getting the wrong idea...
I'm not using dummies to subsitute models.

The dummies are part of the concept i have in mind, something more comtemporary.
