Dull colours from slides

Been shooting on Provia and E100VS
Dunno why my photos come out dull. Like a layer of something covering over it.
Is it due to my aperture settings being tune too big under bright sunlight? (F6.7)

Overexposed or flare?

Shooting towards the sun? Without hood?

Shooting away/towards/anywhere from sun, without hood, under exposed throughout.
Have this greyish cast.

Can you try to post some pics indicating settings & everything related to the pics in order for us to help you to solve your problem(s).

Sorry, I almost forgot I posted a thread.
I didnt scan my slide. Maybe I shd.
Well, I asked around, seems that the problems lies with my camera metering.
There seems to be some error ...and perhaps I send it for checking see how loh.
There are occasions that the meter points at 0, still come out underexposed. Looks like I minus ½stop kind of feeling.
And got 2 times, no matter wat mode I turned to, the EV got stuck at -2. I checked my setting all, didnt set anything wrong. Even my asa is auto dx coding. So I suppose, time to get it checked
