My dry box RH currently reading ~70%. Is it time for me to change the silica gel in it? I have use it for 2 months already.

You should have changed it sometime ago, try to keep the RH at 40-55%

Your camera manual will give you the answer: storage conditions.
If you have hardly opened the box then you should check the seals. Some people here report that the gel can last much longer if the box is kept close. How often do you open the box?

You don't have to replace the gel. Probably just re-heating it will do. If it cannot maintain the RH below 50, time to pay attention.
