Dry Cabinet Problem

Hi guys I recently bought a dry cabi db-036
I turned the knob to somewhere around half of the green zone
For some time it stabilised at around 40% RH but yesterday night it suddenly went to 30%
Today it was worse, at 29%
So i tired to turn the knob and it is somehow stuck (as in i literally cant turn the knob at all now)
Does anyone have any idea what may have happened or what to do?
(temp all along around 29-31 deg)
Any help is much appreciated

Screw out the dehumidefier(spell wrongly)and send to digi hub for repairs.BTW,the knob should be at the 12-1 o clock position

K guess no other choice....
BTW when i just bought it i left it at around 12-1 o clock position at it hit quite a low RH like around 30% too (after letting it stabilise for a day)

Your RH will seem to drop, if your room temperature drops, (aircon...).
