Hello,

I am going to set up a website.
It is for showcasing photography works.

which sounds better?

www.rickyphoto.com or www.rickyphotography.com

Questions
Is shorter better?
Does "photography" denotes photography services of a photographer better than "photo"?
Does "photo" sounds like it is for a photo developing or photographic product shop like AP or CP?

Please advise.

I prefer the first one, sounds a bit more professional. Also photo implies a singular image where as photography implies your personal portfolio. Just my thoughts.

You can't ..... .com is not under to domain of APNIC .... however, you can complain to ARIN (American Registry for Internet Number) ... but don't think there will be any use ;)..... I can call myself ricky too ... can't I ;).
