do you put USED (before processing) film in the fridge?

I know that people put new rolls of film in the fridge to ensure a cooler climate to preserve the film.

What about if one is done with shooting a roll of film?
Does it make sense to put the film canister ino the fridge ? (due to reasons that development will have to be at a later date ~ 2 or 3 months)

Thanks

have done it.
keep it airtight in plastic container.
when removing let container get to room temperature
before opening. condensation problem.

do not put into the freezer. unless very long term.
not sure if film will become brittle.

Same when using film. But I never put the film in the freezer.

ok.. i've got like 30 rolls of provia in my chiller since ........2001 (i think), and its not been used yet. I've always left it in there thinking some day I'm gonna lay my hands on a Fuji GSW 690 III and start using the film. BUT, seeing this thread, will the film still be suitable for use? Its been almost 4 years!! :bsmilie:
