Hi, anyone here knows the English name of the toy: a clown that never stays down no matter how you push it right or left. It's normally for the babies. In Chinese we call it "Pu Tao Oun" Never Fall Man

I've have taken a few shot of it. Now I am scratching my head how to caption it.
