2. 300/4L IS USM

Am not a canon user, but from first glance, wouldn't Ax or Ay be the top choice?

if you are planning to shoot indoor... 300/4 & 400/5.6 are both NOT very useful.

Have the $$$, go for either 300/2.8 or 400/2.8 or 200/1.8+TCs
