:dunno: i've seen online tat some wildlife photog use spottin scope.
how is it performed? whats is it pros and cons.... and is all slr capable of using scope?
why dont they just use a long focal length...? lastly a scope got aperture meh? how to focus?:dunno:

if you really want to try this. use the whole system from nikon. they have the ready made full system for you. you don't have to hunt the adapters yourself.

have studied the chart.
Easiest to start from the bottom of the chart.
ie. start with the type of camera to be used.

i) DSLR only requires the single piece adaptor FSA-L1 and all Fieldscopes except ED50.

ii) Non DSLR divided into 2 groups...
Group i) requires Wide DS + FSB series
Group ii) requires FSA series... very complicated up to 5 components needed

If u intend to use DSLR for yr scope, yr aperture will be limited to F11. Suggeset u use a PnS with manual functions. U can PM Harlequin for details. He has done taken many beautiful birding pics with great details using digiscope and a PnS.
