Digicam search

Looking for Digicam with following specs:

-- AA Battery (so wont pay thru nose for new batt and can find anywhere in remote area)
-- Optical Zoom atleast 3x
-- Save image in TIFF/RAW mode because JPEG is bad for editing.
-- 3MP to 5MP not more ($$$)
-- Not semi-pro models like CP5000 series which are ex

Please let me know if you know of any model or a site that lets you search on features. Comments on specs welcome

do note that "consumer-class" digicams that do save in TIFF/RAW generally do so slowly and this could affect your shooting experience.
