difference between a b+w UV filter and a tokina or kenko UV filter?

Hello i just bought a new lens and was looking for a UV filter to protect the glass.

however i'm not sure if i am paying more just for the brand or do they actually have a difference between a 90 bucks b+w one and a 18 bucks Kenko one.

can someone enlighten me?
