Anyone here using starhub broadband to access Delphi News Forum? It seems that the access to this site is deliberately being blocked/filtered by the Pappies' running dogs. Access is terrible slow and frequently disconnected.

I don't visit Delphi, but access to other US sites like photo.net and even Google has been very slow and erratic of late. I'm on SCV.

i guess it's all the worms' faults..

probably the ISPs are infected as well. a friend's PC was infected when he dialed in to Singnet.
