Dell 2007FWP banding issues??? your knowledge is appreciated...

there is just too much information out there (brain overload) and i dont have all the time to look for it.
what i do know is that there REV A02 has this issue controlled.
is that true? what is up with Dell and the banding issue? (rather what is causing it that the 2005 didnt have?)

i read that A02 just minimizes the banding issue. It still occurs.. is that true??
