Have u guys use any of the service of Debt collecters?
How is their service effective? n most important whats their rate?:bsmilie:

Most photographers don't need the service of a debt collector as they are armed with tripods, monopods etc.

I don't have too many clients who don't pay me. The bad clients seem to end up in hospitals or car accidents. :bsmilie:

Had a friend who used a debt collector recently - some charge upfront fee regardless of collection, the better ones take 40% - no collection no $.

:think: Hmm... like the idea of no collection no $. For the 40% is it of the recieved amount or owed amount? cos recieved n owed amount might not be the same!

Had used Debt collectors svc b4. The co charge me a $50/per case upfront, the comm is 30% on the amt the managed to collect lor.

They managed to track down my cust but end up no payment is collected as they went bankrupt
