Day of the Outlaw - Longboarding Downhil Race - 22 May Sunday

Longboard downhill racing is a speed junkie's thrill. Its a growing fringe sport in Singapore and there will be an event this Sunday 22 May

Timing 9am , races 1-on-1 eleminations begin at 12pm till 4pm

Location: END of Rifle Range Road CAR PARK (you will need to arrange your own transportation... otherwise its a loooong walk from Bukit Timah Rd)

Meeting Point: Junction of Rifle Range Road and Dunearn Road at 8.30am if you are late or can make it only later its OK just make your own way up to the Car Park area at the END of Rifle Range Road

Photographers group size: up to 20

What you get to shoot: Downhill racing action , competitors' preparing and camadiarie ...... and a look at a very fringe culture of Longboarding. Freestyle riding.

SAFETY ALERT: THESE GUYS WILL BE BLASTING DOWN RIFLE RANGE ROAD SO.......

1. Pick your angles carefully BUT STAY OUT OF THE WAY !!!
2. Bailouts and crashes will likely happen round the sharper corners ... KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE
3. Do NOT be foolish and stand in the MIDDLE of the road for THAT shot
4. Make friends with the organizers and competitors ..... MUCH easier to work WITH the riders ..and safer too
