I'm trying to capture the dreamy expression of my niece.
Should i blur the background or just leave it as it is?

I think a even tighter crop on just the face would be great. The mood is nicely captured, but the distractions in the background somehow spoil the image.

Your signature at the top right is a bit weird too, especially because of the cyan used. How about making an unobtrusive one on the bottom right?

for me.. i find that the expression is well captured.. however.. there are very distracting elements in the background.. the yellowish clothes of the person behind... and also the red and blue pails being the main ones... mebbe taking them out wif a tighter crop or opening up ur aperture would work better
