This is my first time doing APAD and this is my first post! haha!

Telling you guys more about me, I created this account for quite long le. But i nvr actually post anything on this forum for what i can remember. May be i am scared? haha! i donno. But this year, I am committing myself to do this A PHOTO A DAY projects to improve my photo taking skill and to show my short description on how i felt on the photos.

Every months i will set myself themes to follow. other then jan, all others month photos is taken on the day itself from 0000 to 2359

Day 1 - silhouette

Behind a church, there is a super natural power. A power not of this earth. Glory of God. When you are down, look upwards. There is always hope! Grab it. This can happen when we look beyond the church, God creation! His magnificent makes everything else unseen, silhouette!​

Day 2 – Hope

Hope sees the invisible, feels the intangible and achieves the impossible.

Dont lose hope, Be like this flower! When there is hope, A flower will bloom in this fully withered tree.

*This shot is taken at ShangHai. The flower is added. Part of my plans. There is still room to be improved. I have the theme in mind when i took this photo.*

My prayer for you today is “Dont Lose HOPE”​

Day 3 – Love chair

This is a love chair in china. Couple will sit on this chair to propose, to romance talk, to admire the scenery. It was snowing when i took this photos and I have been wondering why China people call this a 爱情椅子 (love chair) until i saw this photo! Once seated on this, 2 ‘love shaped butt’ will be created. I think this is how 爱情椅子 comes about! ​

Day 4 – Child like faith

A child looking at me, thinking “what is this guy holding a black black thing pointing at me? He is so weird!” This may be the thing that come from this kid when i shot her, i believe, in China.

Children, so pure, so ignorant. when they find out something is wrong, they wont stop to think but to say, “Isn’t that wrong?” I believe that when we are born, we are born with a pure heart yet being polluted by the world. Isn’t it sad to hear that? I am! I want to have this pure heart, a faith like a child, to do what its right and question the wrong.

Day 5 - Calling Upon

When we are born, first thing we do is to call upon and cry. When we are 5 years old, we fall down, first thing we do is to call upon our mother. When we are in school, people bully you, first thing we do is to call upon our teacher. When we are army, officers tarkan you, first thing we do is to call upon your buddy. When we are working, boss bully you, first thing we do is to call upon our parent again.

Imagine we call upon all this people who sometimes cant help us. All they could is to listen, But what if u call upon someone greater, someone more powerful, someone whom love you from the beginning, what will the end result be?​

Day 6 - Count your blessing

"want to buy sweet potatoes? Its hot and tasty! You can try it! If not tasty, you can dont buy it! "

How many of us have eaten sweet potatoes off the streets? or, when is the last time you go to the wet market? or, when is the last time you eat at the hawker center?

Sometimes we are too comfortable on where we are, and want something even better. We forgotten that how blessed we are as compared to those least fortunate like this sweet potatoes sellers. Everyday, we should count our blessing. Be glad of your situation because there is people who is suffering more then you, hurting more then you.

Count Your Blessing.​

Day 7 - Wind

We are like a leaf sometimes. A leaf lying there not knowing where to go, what will happen. A leaf will be lifeless when there is no wind to direct them. A source of a wind is needed, flying to the place the wind wants the leaf to go. Wind will carry the leaf to be best place it can be. Are you letting this wind carry where the wind wants?​

Day 8 – Countless

Have you counted the stars? Its countless! Every moment, new stars is born! Have you counted the sand? Its too much to be counted too.

Do you have someone who you cares for? be it your girl/boy friend or your friends, or your parents. Do you think of them every moment? Do you think of them every second of your life? I doubt so, even for your wife.

There is someone who think of you like the number of stars and the sand.​

Day 9- Seed

This are sweetcorn. If we are farmers, we are called to plant seeds and harvest seeds. The Owner will give us seeds, lets say this sweet corns, we are suppose to plant it everywhere and when the sweet corn are ready to be harvest, we must harvest it. If left unharvest, the sweet corn will turn bad and it will rot. If we did not plant the seeds, the field will soon turn barren. We must be obedient and follow what the Owner got to say!​

Day 10 – Lost

This is taken on henderson wave.What a nice scenery right? I love this photo! This all will be lost if we keep pollution the world. I, myself included. Green house gases, CFCs gases and more gases, all this pollutant will make what you seen in the photo gone. and when your child want to see it, it will be gone by then! Lost​

Day 11 - Registration

I will do it later. I will sign up later. I will register later. I will do this and that later!

Does this sound familiar? Every moment time ticks and runs away. Procrastination kills most of our life away doing things we dont want to do.

Now we need to register for things we want. What we really want, Go for it, before its too late!

Day 12 – Peace

My life is so messed up, my life is so chaotic. Why must everything happen to me? Why, i may ask again. A smiles reveals. Everything happen for a purpose. A peace, stillness came upon me, giving me strength to move forward. A stillness and peace like this photos.

This is what i face last year. This year, twenty ten, its going to be a better year, for there is someone who is behind my back all supporting and rooting for me!

Day 13 – Uniqueness

Snow, something so delicate yet so amazing! Each snow flakes are unique and there is no identical flakes! Look at our thumb, there is no identical thumb print. Look at our eyes, there is no one with the same eyes print. This is how unique we are, special!​

Day 14 - Change

In this photos, the three ring on the wall were once used for horses, but now for bicycles. It changed. Things change across time. You and me are changing also. Are you changing for the better or the worst?​

Day 15 - Radical

How many a times have you decided to do something good but yet being persuaded to do nothing at all? Peer pressure may be faced. It is still up to one's will to carry on doing something good and radical! Like the cat, they did something radical, they did not care what other cat thinks or what other people thinks, they just did what they want to do that is right. Being radical!
