It's actually quite good. AF is fast and snappy, but f5.6 at 400mm is still f5.6, so the ISO would have to be ramped up and the resulting picture gets rather grainy especially indoors. Still usable, but grainy.

The Golf one is with the 400 f2.8, wide open. The wrestling one is the 300 f2.8 wide open.

For me, if got the $$$, I will get 810... so far I see, the photos are "delicious".... .... saw Bro Ortega Japan photos.... cannot tahan..... but alas, boh $$$.... then I go touch touch the small brother D750..... will need to see more photos and FR...... cause so far, cannot talk to me yet?? That's why holding on..... then again..... a D7100 or even D90 for me think already overkill.... but boh bian... kena FF Poison too deep..... then good Bro here inject somemore.... :embrass:..........

Already got the A7s.... loving it more and more...... but for instances that need fast AF.... still need a DSLR I think..... :dunno:
