if given a choice & price is not a problem, i would go for 7i. 602 is not really an overall improvement, it merely uses a better Super CCD & its still basically a 3MP cam. however 602 does produces better pix than ordinary 3MP cam but still lagging behind the 5MP 7i. but another plus is that 602 uses dual media whereas 7i only uses CFI/II cards. so if u don't mind post-processing your pix, then go for 7i. if u want something more convenient, then get the 602.

Take a look at pics by both cameras to make ur decisions. I think there was some hot debates in the fuji and minolta forums in dpreview over image quality.

i would suggest the 602 like i would to everyone...it's features are good....aperture range frm f2.8-f11....which is good....shutter speed frm 1/10000s to 15 sec....if i'm not wrong....

i wouldnt bother much bout the mega-pixals thing.....

cause a 3 MP cam is good enough unless u are printing ur photos later in more den 4R size.....plus the the price of the 602 is worth it.....1.2k....

hope tt helps....:D
